Refund policy

NEW and UNUSED items -30 days after purchase- Exchange or store credit. 

Customers can exchange or receive a store credit for their new and unused items if their items are received broken or damaged. This includes broken material or hardware. We will require photo documentation before exchange or credit will be issued. 

Items that have been worn and are damaged will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

IF hardware on the item breaks within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a FULL OR PARTIAL store credit upon review of claim. 

Please note, all of our items are hand made and hand painted. There may have character flaws, and some items may not picture the exact color, and no 2 sets are exactly the same.
